Delivered in 2.5 weeks. I did not communicate with the store. Packed in foam container and package. Figures and decor (cats) are made of black dense foam rubber. In the kit are flat plastic figures figures and cats with a glue layer. Everything is glued in principle smoothly and easily. Very nice, just like in the pictures, the only problem I find you is that the body of numbers and kittens is foam rubber and if I have to take it off when painting the wall it may break the foam rubber I had to stick it with another product, The adhesive you carry is good for certain surfaces, the wall where I put it dropped two. But ultimately happy.
