Easy Returns Within 30 Days
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You must contact us first to receive return instructions and approval
To start a return, email us at info@kittycat.gifts with your order number and photos of the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
- We’ll replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost to you
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind:
- You can return the item within 30 days
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or supplier restrictions, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items marked Final Sale
- Used or damaged items not due to shipping
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will approve or decline the refund
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit:
- We will contact the courier and open an investigation
- If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund your order

Return postage for change-of-mind returns must be paid by the customer regardless of location.
