Due to the worldwide spread of COVID-19 globally, we are still experiencing major international delivery delays due to insufficient airfreight capacity, customs and government restrictions. We expect this to continue for some time. We do thank you for your patience.
In the 3 years since we started KittyCat Gifts we have not experienced delays like this, so please bear with us while we address every inquiry.
We do however ask that you please contact us first before putting in a dispute with Paypal – if that was your payment method. Normally that is the first time we know there is something wrong. Just reply to your KittyCat Order email and we will respond swiftly.
As all our items are shipped directly from our suppliers – we have to lodge with them that your package has not arrived and get them to investigate their freight suppliers.
We are keeping our eye on all our items currently in transit and giving extra time to allow for delivery.
